Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tail

Here is the Lobster tail recipe with a New England-style cracker and Crabmeat Stuffing that Can serve at pleasant night with lemon wedges and homemade dinner rolls for a simple meal.


  • 2 lobster tails,
  • Split along the center top 2 teaspoons butter
  • Melted 15 buttery round crackers
  • Crushed 1/2 cup
  • Jumbo lump
  • Crabmeat 1/4 cup
  • Clarified butter 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh parsley leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Seafood seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Minced 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper


  • Start by preheating the oven to 425F or 220 C.
  • First, prepare the lobster tails. Pull the edges of the lobster shells apart and clean it. lift the tail meat to rest above the shells carefully.
  • Use a baking sheet and arrange the prepared lobster tails on it.
  • Take a teaspoon of melted butter and Brush each portion of tail meat.
  • Mix-up the crushed crackers, crabmeat, add 1/4 cup of clarified butter, some parsley, seafood seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt as per need, white pepper and garlic in a bowl.
  • Spoon the stuffing to each lobster tail and make sure you press lightly so the stuffing does not fall off from the tails.
  • Bake lobster tails in preheated oven until stuffing turn golden brown on top. it will take around 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Serve it with Fresh lemon wedges and homemade dinner rolls.
